TY-52805 has insulated and comfortable grip with rubber injected composite housing and perfect super-duty 1/2" for very intensive assembly lines. This is a operator comfort model due to low vibrations and low noise level. It is compact for general maintenance on tight spots especially ideal for small fasteners, such as light assembly and repair work .
Prior to use
The impact wrench requires the attachment of a quick-connector into its air inlet. To do so, wrap approximately 3" of pipe thread sealer tape (not included) around the male threads of a quick-connector.
Then, firmly tighten the quick-connector into the air inlet
Assembly instructionsMount a male plug (included) by hand into the air inlet (D). (Fig 7.1)
Note:Use thread sealant tape (not included) on the male plug and tighten it with a wrench (not included) for airtight connection. Do not over-tightenPlace 2 - 3 drops of air tool oil (included) into the male plug before each use. (Fig 7.2)Choose the correct impact socket (not provided) as needed and mount it onto the anvil (A) (Fig 7.3)
Note: only use impact sockets that have an RPM rating equal to or greater than the tool itself.Connect air supply hose to the male plug. Set the working pressure at 90 PSI for best tool performance.(Fig 7.4)If longer reach is necessary, use an extension bar (not provided) and then mount impact socket (not provided) onto the bar. (Fig. 5)
Preparation
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.
Operating instructionsHow to install/tighten threaded fasteners. Turn the switch(F) from right to left, press the trigger(A). The tool anvil (E) runs clockwise. (Fig 6.1)How to remove/loosen threaded fasteners. Turn the switch(F) from left to right, press the trigger(A). The tool anvil (E) runs counterclockwise.
