1.May I order just one piece of shoes or boots to check the quality in the first time ?
We can make one shoe or one boot sample for your checking and you pay the sample fee. It will be taken as part of your deposit when you place an order.2. My logo or my design if ok?
Yes, OEM styles are accepted. However, there are MOQ request(MOQ of the box : 2000pcs) on the boxes if use your own design .3. The MOQ of each design, each color.
The MOQ of each design, each color is 20 pairs. If your qty is less than the MOQ, we will consult with our factory to fix, however, the price will be increased.4. Why the price is very different for some similar desgin.
The material is different which make the price is very different. In order to meet different requirement of different customers, our factory can make the shoes with genuine leather or PU leather.5. When the products will be delivered after my payment ?
The delivery time usually is about 20 days after confirm the pre-production sample and receive the payment. And please also note we need 10 days to make the pre-production sample.6. How can you control the quality for us ?
Before the mass production, we will send you the pre-production sample to check and /confirm/i. Then we will send your confirm sample to the factory and our professional QC also will check the materials, the semi-finish product and the finish products on line.
Before the shipment, we will send you the production sample with final packing for your checking. And it will be welcome if your side QC can inspect the goods by yourself.7. What is your payment term?
For samples, we can accept West Union, T/T and paypal.
For orders, we do 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
