Glue Scraping Machine is a high-speed glue scraping equipment which is developed from foreign advanced
technology, whose line speed reaches 600m/min. HGJ500 could produce different products, including baby diaper backsheet coating
(both central coating and full coating), medical protective clothing, disposable bad pads and other products.
B. Main Characteristic
This machine has following outstanding features:
1.High Line -speed, up to 600 m/min, which is much faster than the machines in the market—220m/min for
central coating machine and 180m/min for full coating machine.
2.High production efficiency, good machine stability.
3.Patented “Porous Coat” ventilation coating system, which allows the hot melt glue with dotted, random and
holing manner which achieved evenly distribution on the base cloth materials.
4.Adopting innovative slit extrusion die-head technology, it allows a variety of coating amount and style, which
ensures that the glue is evenly distributed, and the coating to be light and breathable. It is suitable for polyester/
polyamide resin, PUR, PSA, EVA and reactive PUR material.
