DY-DE Frozen deburring machine :
The frozen deburring machine is used to replace the traditional manual deburring, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and improve the trimming accuracy. It is a preferred automatic deburring equipment in the post-processing process. The principle is to use liquid nitrogen to freeze extremely quickly, change the physical properties at low temperatures to embrittle product burrs, and then spray plastic particles at high speeds to hit the product burrs, thereby achieving the effect of removing product burrs without hurting the product.
Applicable products: electronics, plastic, silicone, rubber, die casting, hardware products and other industries.Applicable materials: magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, rubber, silicone, and super soft materials.
Working Principle:

Freeze the product extremely fast under ultra-low temperature of liquid nitrogen to make the rough edges of die-casting, hardware, plastic, silicone, rubber-like products Embitterment occurs quickly, and the plastic particles sprayed at high speed collide with the brittle burr front, and spray for a certain period of time After shooting, all the burrs on the product are removed without damaging the essence.The process is as efficient as dozens of labor, effectively reducing production costs and early delivery.
