How to use our Teeth Whitening Kit?Take out shade guide in the second layer, and make out the current shade guide your teeth are in.Take out the mouth trays from the tray case. Submerge one mouth tray in hot water (70-80°C preferred) for 10-12 seconds. Bite the mouth tray with your upper teeth and gently push on upper lip with fingers to mold the tray.Take off the tray after 10-15 seconds, put the mouth tray in a cup of cold water for 10 seconds to finalize the shape.Repeat above steps for lower teeth mouth tray molding.Trim the mouth trays at the gum-line.Apply gel to mouth trays evenly (0.5ml each for upper and lower tray) and put on trays to your teeth.Take out the plastic battery protector in the mini light. Turn on the mini whitening light for a 30-45 minutes whitening process.Remove the trays and rinse mouth with lukewarm water. Put the molded trays into tray case after cleaning by cold water.Take the shade guide to check the new shade guide after whitening.
