Description
Dry Vitamin D3 100/200/500/850 CWS consists of
off-white to yellowish, free-flowing beadlets. The powder
particles contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)dissolved in
edible fats finely indroplets of 0.5–2 μm embedded in a
matrix of gum arabic (E 414) and sucrose, and coated
with starch. The product contains dl-α-Tocopherol (E 307)
as an antioxidant and tricalcium phosphate (E 341) as an
anticaking agent.

and completely in cold water at 10°C, fruit juices,milk and

other liquids. High concentrations may give cloudy
dispersions which, however, remain uniform for relatively
long periods.
Stability and storage
Dry Vitamin D3 100/200/500/850 CWS is sensitive to air,
light and humidity. The product may bestored for 24
months from the date of manufacture in the unopened
original container and at atemperature below 15°C. Keep
containertightly closed. once opened, use contents
quickly.

For food preparations which are reconstituted with liquids.
