5. Q: How can I get to your factory?
A: You can come as follow information:
By metro: By line 3 to Longgui Station and we will pick you up from the station.
By air: We can pick you up from Baiyun Airport to our factory
or we can pick you up from your hotel. Just contact us in advance.
6. Q:What payment terms you accept, and usually do?
A:We usually accept and do T/T payment, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance before loading or after goods inspection.
7. Q:Will you provide the assembly instruction?
A:Yes, we provide the assembly instruction. You can also consult us if any question when assembling.
8. Q:What's your MOQ, and do the price related to the quantity?
A:For long term cooperative customers, no limited on MOQ for most products.
9. Q:If we want sample, how much do we need to pay?
A:For sample,we usually charge triple of unit price, excluding transport fee. However, we will return the sample feewhen buyer place order.
10.Q:If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship them, and what's the price?
A:Goods need to be shipped LCL. If you are not familiar with importing procedure from China, we can quote you CIF price, handling ocean shipment for you. What you need to do is make customs clearance and pick up goods at your local sea port. We also do door-to-door transport for small volume goods if you require.
