Q: How long is your products quality warranty?
A: We provide 3 months factory quality warranty
 
Q: Would you cost down further if customer demand more
A: If MOQ over 3000 pieces, we will consider cost down further based on negotiation with our customer
 
Q: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?
A: 5-7 days for air freight, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation. We support Alibaba RTS(Ready to ship), it means we send out cargo in very short lead time for some quantity by international express.
