A: The paint is available in various types according to the content of pre-mixed glass beads,which is 0%,10%,20%,30%. The more content of glass bead pre-mixed in paint, the more reflective the paint is. So you can choose suitable model for your various roads from high way to village path.
A: Yes, but difference is not big.
1, on concrete cement road, it is suggested to apply one layer of adhesive primer before marking paint, while on asphalt road,you can mark paint directly.
2, on asphalt road,the consumption of paint will be a little bit more than on concrete road,as the asphalt surface is more porous.
A: On Concrete Cement Road, 1 ton of paint can cover 220 square meters with thickness of 1.8mm. For example,if the width is 15cm, the length will be 220 m2/0.15m = 1466 meters long.
On Asphalt Road, 1 ton of paitn can cover 170 square meters with thickness of 2mm. For example, if the width is 15cm, the length will be 170 m2/0.15m = 1133 meters long.
A: As per our experience, a team of experienced 5~6 people,can mark about 500~800 square meters a day (8 hours). It depends on the skill of your own workers.
