1.Characteristic:Paste PVC is a photopolymer of PVC which is made bymicro suspensionpolymerization, It has incombustible feature and can be used for coating cloth, rotary forming, macerating, spraying and foaming after mixed with plasticizer and other addition agent. It has a light white and micro powder.
Using two types of polymerization techniques, emulsion polymerization and micro-suspension polymerization that enable our PVC paste range to suit the various application requirements of our regional customers. Providing five main grades of PVC paste resin for a molecular weight presented in the K-value, our PVC resins are able to provide the appropriate plastisol viscosity to suit the machine and process limitation.
Our emulsion grade PVC an emulsion-based blending resin, designed to use in both hot melt process (Suspension PVC application) and plastisol application.In plastisol application, it is designed to modify plastisol viscosity (Rheology) to improve coating process-ability by lowering the plastisol viscosity, eliminating the dilatancy of plastisol, and in addition, it allows to reduce or avoid the use of diluent or viscosity depressants. Moreover, it will enhance the matte of the surface of finished product. 3.Usage : This product is a high-quality raw material in producing foam floor, wall paper, leathererette, soft and hard foam plastic for sound insulation and heat insulation, toy, glove,paperboard coat, conveying belt, fitting of car, adhesive and seal gum for car coated glass and so on.
