Storage period: one year [indoor shelter not exceeding 40 C]
Equipment cleaning method: Consult the equipment manufacturer, or clean it with clean mineral oil at 120 C, then rinse it with the same type of hot melt adhesive. The rinsing temperature should not exceed 160 C.
Matters needing attention:
Opening time and curing time will change with the use temperature, amount of glue, bonding time and applied force.
The bonding properties of hot melt adhesives vary with the surface finish of the adhesives.
Safety matters:
When working near the glue machine, you should wear good work clothes and protective glasses. The glue temperature should be below 200 degrees Celsius to minimize the risk of flammable volatiles. When using hot melt glue, you should make the air unblocked and prohibit all fire sources.
