This machine can be used either as a LDPE film extruder or a LLDPE film extruder. As a result, XYSJ-50x2 automatic 2 layer stretch film extruder is applicable for producing LDPE or LLDPE
stretch film for building material and hardware parts packaging.
This film extruder adopts two screws. If the clients want to produce stretch film with only one side adhesive,
we need to feed different raw materials to two different hoppers.
Features of XYSJ-50x2 Automatic 2 Layer Stretch Film Extruder:
1. Nitrogen treated 38CRMOALA alloy is adopted to make screws
and cylinders of our film extruders to ensure capacity of anti-corrosion and long lifetime etc.
2. Cycle water cooling device guarantees the best transparency of produced stretch films.
3. Auto change-over and auto cutting are applied in the rewinding part.
