The working theory of semi automatic ultrasonic tube sealing machine is as follows: a machine converts high-frequency electric energy into mechanical energy through a transducer; the mechanical energy is conducted to a hose workpiece through a tool head to enable the jointed surface of the hose workpiece to generate severe friction at an ultrasonic frequency of 20,000 times/second and certain amplitude and be smelted, so that a gluing process is implemented instantaneously, and the process is known as ultrasonic hose welding.
