20KHz 2000W Ultrasonic Welding Generator with Transducer & Horn for Non-woven medical N95 mask welding
Introduction
Ultrasonic welding converts 50/60 Hz current into 15, 20, 30 or 40 KHz electrical energy by ultrasonic generator. The converted high-frequency electrical energy is converted into mechanical motion of the same frequency again by the transducer, and then the mechanical motion is transmitted to the welding head through a set of horn device that can change the amplitude. The welding head transfers the received vibration energy to the joint of the workpiece to be welded. In this area, the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction to melt the plastic. Ultrasound can not only be used to weld hard thermoplastics, but also fabrics and films.
The main components of an ultrasonic welding system include an ultrasonic generator, a transducer / amplifier / weld head triple, a mold and a frame.
We have Ultrasonic Welding Generators for 15KHz, 2600W; 20KHz, 2000W and 35KHz, 500W Ultrasonic Transducers. Also the Ultrasonic Welding Generator has analog and digital style for choice.
