A5:The shipping cost is determind by the destination port,weight,packing size,total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quanlity of the order and your destination sea port;we will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order.and the better if u can provide full address if possible,then can check the delievery cost of door to door

Q6: How long is the Production Lead Time?
A6: 25-35 days after receiving your 30% deposit.
Q7: What’s your payment term?
A7: 30% deposit in advance + 70% balance after checking the production well and pay before loading or against the BL copy.
Q8:Whether we can use other Currency besides USD?
A8:Yes,you can.We can accept EUR or RMB.Also you can send deposit in RMB,then balance in USD also ok for us.
Q9: What is your way of LCL Packaging?
A9: Usually Glass of marble top which are fragile products will be packaged with trangile wood frame and it requires width 50-55cm that can be used for forklift trucks.
Q10:What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?
A10:If there is quanlity problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference,our QC Dept..will check the problem and give best solutions to you ,namely replace some parts and fittings,etc.Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future.
