Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: We Suggest "Trade Assurance" to protect each other's interests. If you prefer to T/T Terms, we need 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipment. Paypal is also acceptable.

Q3. How do you control the quality of cargo?
A: We will designate staff to check the items one by one below 1000 pieces. As higher amount, we are afraid to deploy random check, above 10%.

Q4. Can you make the products according to my pictures or conceptions?
A:Yes, the bamboo products always can be customized. If you need some more product besides our list, plz offer us the design drawing, we will try to fulfill it.Q5. Can I add my logo on the product?
A: Yes,You have some ways to add your logo: Print on color paper attached; Print on color cartonbox; Engrave on bamboo body by hot stamp or lasing. Adding logo require order above 1000 pieces.Q6: How about your sample policy?
A: We have to charge for sample but we can deduct it in following order. Usually we need prepare for sample in 7-10 days.
