Coowin Wood-plastic Composite (WPC) hard decking material is manufactured from a combination of plastic (resin), natural fiber and some additives ( exp. Anti-UV, Anti-aging) and use special equipments to blend them. It mixes natural fiber and plastic perfectly to keep the natural impression of wood and with rich colors of plastic. It has widely used in more and more field.

Q: How long is the service lifetime of WPC products?
A: It is about 15-25 years under ideal situations.

Q: Do WPC products need painting?
A: As the difference with the wood, WPC products themselves own color, they need not extra painting.

Q: Is it easy to install WPC product? 
A:It is very easy and convenient to install due to it is the profile with standard size, it only need some cropping and necessary appendix to finish the installation, need no further processing.

Q:Does the composite decking have a guarantee?
A:Yes, we believe our product is of a high standard and back that up with a warranty for your peace of mind. The Hollow Domestic Grade boards have a 10 year warranty and the Solid Commercial Grade has a 15 year warranty, provided it has been installed following our installation guidelines.

A:Yes. Our composite decking has excellent anti-slip qualities and all fixings are concealed, making our boards child and bare foot friendly.

A: COOWIN WPC decking and others will lighten over time to a beautiful, weathered tone within the same color family. This color-tone shift is dependent upon exposure to sunlight and other environmental factors. The weathering process begins upon installation and is generally complete within 60 to 90 days. based on independent test research, it has been determined that COOWIN WPC decking and others will experience virtually no fading as it is co-extruded with a durable outer shell.
