Pneumatic Cylinder
pneumatic cylinder is combined the oil pressure cylinder and booster together for taking pure gas press as the power source. It makes use of the different size of booster, the crosssection area compression ratio and Pascal energy conservation principle. Because of constant pressure, when the compression area change from small to large, the press would vary with the size, so as to raise the gas pressure to tens. Taking the prepress standard hydro pneumatic cylinder as an example: When the work gas pressed on the hydraulic oil (or working piston) surface, hydraulic oil would flow to the approach stroke cavity because of the air pressure, then the hydraulic oil would promote the workpiece to move rapidly. When the workpiece is meet the resistance larger than the gas pressure, it stops moving. At this point, the booster cavity start moving because of the signal (or pneumatic signal), then achieve the purpose of moding products!

Q1. What is your term of payment?
A: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 50% in advance, 50% against the copy of B/L. For long term business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.

A: We accept FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A: It usually takes 15 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time
depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was nonstandard, we have to consider extra 10-15 days.

Q8: How to solve the quality of after-sales?
A: We have a professional after-sales service team to solve your problem at the first time. For product quality problems during the warranty period (non-human damage), we will be maintenance or replacement for you unconditionally. For man-made damage, we only be charged for the maintenance costs.
