1. What is your MOQ?
We have the detailed MOQ for each item. But we also accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can’t reach the MOQ, the price should be the sample price.
2. If we want the sample, how much do we need to pay?
For the sample, we usually charge retail price, and shipping cost should be paid by buyer. But don't worry, we will reduce the sample's price once the buyer places a big order.
3. Can I visit your factory?
Sure, our factory is in Chongqing, China. If you want to visit our factory, please contact us to make an appointment. We can arrange the driver to pick you up at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport(CKG).
4: What are your terms of payment?
The normal payment term: 30%T/T as the deposit, balance 70%T/T paid on receipt copy of B/L. Of course other payment terms we also would like to cooperate.
5. How long is the delivery time?
7-10 days after deposit is made.
6. Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? Because we don't know how to assemble them with knock-down packing.
Sure, we will put the assembly instruction into the package and send you assembly video. If you still don't know how to assemble, you can consult us.
