Packaging Process
◆ The first step: This assembly line consists of two branch lines converging, from automatic box unpacker to automatic open box one by one, sealed carton bottom;heat shrink assembly line to complete single product automatic film sealing cutting process.
◆ The second step: enter the automatic boxing machine, A single product are automatically loaded into the box to come out of the machine. Then a folding lid sealing machine, automatic sealinga finished product automatic printing process.
◆ The third step: the completion of a font seal, into the corner sealing machine, the four corners of the box;
◆ Step 4: Automatic stacking sealed box, the cantilever stacker palletizing manipulator to complete product stacking process,then through the automatic packing machine for product packaging, finally wrapping so far this line packaging operation is completed by automatic winding machine.
