•BS5030LW heat shrink tunnel adopts advanced hot air circulation technology. The wind orientation can be adjusted so that the hot air in the tunnel is even, constant temperature.
•The machine uses stainless steel finned heating tube which has a long service life and high heating efficiency.
•Chain bar conveying , using solid steel covered with durable imported silicone tube, each bar can rotate freely.

Operating procedure
1, Turn on the power switch, power on, start the conveyor belt, about 5 minutes preheating, turn on the fan switch. At this point, according to the product size, film thickness, adjust the updown chamber temperature adjustment knobthe Conveyor speed, through the commissioning to meet the operation requirements then you can shrink packaging.2, In actual situation, if there is too much pucker after shrank, you can reduce the conveyor speedincrease the heating temperature. On the contrary, if there is excess shrinking of the film phenomenon, you can reduce the temperaturespeed up the conveyor speed.3, After the end of the operation, first turn off the heating switch, let the conveyor motorhot air motor keep on running about 10 minutes,then cut off the entire power supply.
