In order to the high loading capacity of the trolley ,
normally we welding all parts together , don't use screws.


this will cause the trolley unfoldable. and after testing ,we found 3pcs/ pks is a benefit packing way.


Container 20GP ,could loading about 400pkgs*3pcs/pkg
= 1200pcs.
all of the metal part will cover with pvc file carefully , but wheels no covering. then put 2pcs one upside down then the 3rd one insert to middle of them.
