This machine is suitable for making the bags from air bubble film/EPE foam.
Bag length controlled by buttons with automatic folding discharge can double row job into Lu stack of collecting conveyor, easy-to-use.
Machine character:
Ø Mitsubishi inverter, servo control system, man-machine interface, simple operation, accurate bag length.
Ø Use Double sided water - cooling, fast cooling, hot and neat, strong seal
Ø Automatic folding feeding, can be flush side, wrong side bag, will not occur bag dislocation fault, can completely replace manual folding, thus save labor cost.
Ø Double output, double efficiency.
Ø The design of the hot mechanism is reasonable, it can be applied to the thin and soft bubble film, pearl cotton bag, without plugging failure.
Ø Adjust the heat sealing time parameter, can be used for EPE Foam bag within 2mm thickness.
