Yes. According to our company policy ,We provide free samples ,But the freight charges need customers pay.Q3: Can you print the box or carton as per customers' design or logo?
Yes, we can print the box or carton as per customers' design or logo without any extra cost but with the MOQ 1x20ft full container. Q4: What is the MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 500sqm-1000sqm per color. If order with our stock color flims, the MOQ can be 300sqm per color.Q5: What is the lead time?
Lead time since receipt of 30% T/T deposit payment : 30 days . (Samples will be prepared within 5 days.)Q6: Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Yes. Besides PVC vinyl flooring we also provide as laminate flooring ,engineering wooden flooring, spc flooring , wpc decking, artifical grass ,carpet tile and flooring accessories.

A: Our MOQ is 500sqm.2. Q: What's your best price for this artificial grass?
A: We will quote you best price based on your order quantity. So pls advise the order quantity when you make inquiry.3. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is 7-15 days after receiving your deposit payment.4. Q: What's your packing?
A: Wrapped on 10cm diameter paper pipe, covered by PP cloth(50sqm/roll for 2m width and 100sqm/roll for 4m width).5. Q: How can I order samples?
A: We can provide FREE samples if clients can take care of the expressing freight.
So pls just provide your own expressing account (such as DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, etc.) for sample expressing freight collected. If you don't have any, we'll advise you to prepaid the money by Paypal, T/T, then we send samples to you. The money can be refunded to you if you can place an order from us then. 6. Q: What about the warranty?
A: We have strict and formal quality control and so we make sure all the goods sent out to customers are in good condition.
Within 15 days when customers receive the goods please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.7. Q: How to pay for the products?
A: It's kind of you if you can pay by T/T (T/T payment Terms: 30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T within 7 days after receiving the B/L copy). We can also accepet the 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal payment,etc.
