Tips of tool application:
In order to achieve great surface finish and long tooling life, please apply tool holders of high precision, high strength and well dynamic balance.
1. Before the tool application, please measure runout. Please adjust the tool if the runout is over 0.01 mm.
2. Adjust the tool overhang as short as possible. Please lower the machining parameters for long overhang.
3. Please lower the machining parameters under the occurrence of unpleasant vibrations and noise.
4. Spraying and jetting are the recommended cooling method for steel. Water-insoluble cutting fluid is suggested for machining of stainless steel, titanium alloy and heat-resistant steel.
5. Above suggestions are based on the workpiece, machine tool and software. once the cutting condition is stabilized, the speed can be accelerated by 30-50%.
