The mask is made of non-woven fabric and includes a filter layer, mask tape and nose clip.The mask is divided into 3 layers. The outer layer is non-woven cloth, which can prevent droplets from entering the mask.The middle layer is the filter melt spraying cloth, which can block >90% of 5 m particles.The inner layer of nonwoven fabric near the nose and mouth is used to absorb moisture.


The masks shall comply with Chinese pharmaceutical industry standards YY 0469-2011, and the main technical indicators are as follows:
(1) filtration efficiency: under the condition of air flow (30±2) L/min, the filtration efficiency of the aerodynamics median
diameter (0.24±0.06) m sodium chloride aerosol is not less than 30%;
(2) bacterial filtration efficiency: under specified conditions, the filtration efficiency of staphylococcus aureus aerosol with
the average particle diameter of (3±0.3) m is not less than 95%;
(3) respiratory resistance: under the condition of filtration efficiency flow rate, the inspiratory resistance should not exceed
49Pa, and the expiratory resistance should not exceed 29.4pa;
(4) synthetic blood penetration: after 2ml of synthetic blood was sprayed to the outer side of the mask at the pressure of 16.0kPa(120mmHg), there was no infiltration on the inner side of the mask.



Proper wearing method:
(1) clean your hands before wearing the mask, avoid touching the inner side of the mask during wearing, and reduce the possibility of contamination of the mask;
(2) when wearing, divide the inside and outside of the mask, the top and bottom of the mask clearly. The light-colored face is the inside and the dark face is the outside.
(3) the side with the nose clip is up, the mouth, nose and jaw are all covered, the lower end of the mask is adjusted to the
appropriate position of the jaw, the elastic bands on both sides are hung on both ears or the bands at both ends are tied behind the head, and then the nose clip is pressed to make the mask fully fit the face.
