1. Introducing America 3M company polish equipment, the surface finish can achieve Ra0.01um (level 14).
2. Processing mirror surface in different materials, make sure finish and coaxiality.
3. Using 45# seamless tube or alloy steel, after tempering and machining become mirror roller.
4. The construction contain inner jacket, peripheral drilling. The surface temperature difference is at most ±1°C。
5. Surface hardness is HRC55~58.
6. Surface hardness can be HRC62 after electroplating.

Our package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
