3, function introduction
3-1 This machine is an automatic equipment that integrates slitting and cross-cutting. It uses ultrasonic cutting to make the product molded at one time. With automatic fixed length, automatic counting, automatic cross-cut embossing, automatic discharge correction system.
4, the specific configuration of the device
4-1 The equipment is equipped with 22 sets of 15KHZ ultrasonic electric boxes. Each set of electric boxes is installed and debugged with imported accessories. The composite machine is equipped with 15 sets of ultrasonic waves; the cutting machine partially cuts 8 sets of ultrasonic waves and crosses 1 set of ultrasonic waves.
4-2 The transducer chip matched with the electric box is imported from Taiwan. The ultrasonic welding head is made of alloy steel with high hardness and wear resistance. The composite machine adopts a flat welding head with a width of 200 mm; a slitting adopts a round welding head with a width of 70 mm; and a cross-cutting with a round welding head with a width of 50 mm.
4-3 The equipment is equipped with 3 discharge racks, two of which have a correcting function and one without a correcting function. The correction controller is a GK-72 type tension automatic photoelectric correction controller.

5, the working principle of ultrasound
Through the vibration generated by the ultrasonic vibration group (vibrator) (converting electrical energy into mechanical energy), the energy is transmitted through the welding head, and the molecules between the mold and the fabric are quickly decomposed and bonded by the flower wheel (mold), and the mold is cut. Can make the fabric gap and quickly seal the edges!
