Technical process:
1.Full automatic mask machine is making the filtered mask by hot pressing ,folding and forming the layers non woven fabric ,feeding the fixed length nose-bridge and ear belt, ultrasonic welting,counting and stacking automatically etc.
2. This machine is composed of 1 PC main machine,1PC two split shunting mechanism and 2PCS ear belt spot welding mechanism.This machine is full automatically,after finishing the folding ,edging ,and then feeding the fixed length nose-bridge into the mask,meanwhile delivery the mask into the two PCS ear belt spot welting mechanism to melt the ear belt by ultrasonic.In the end ,it could be count and stack automatically and delivery the mask into the packing process.In a word,the whole process is full automatically.
