What do you take responsibility for?We take responsibility that the goods will be manufactured as per the approved artwork. For this reason please ensure that prior to approval you've checked the order details thoroughly and asked us any questions if there's anything you're uncertain of.
What kind of artwork can I send? I don't have artwork?Don't worry about anything. Just send us what you have. This is a very common situation for us and we understand that not everybody is a designer. We have a free no obligation art service for all genuine inquiries. Our professional designers are here to help.
What do I have to check on an artwork proof?When our team sends you a design proof it's very important you check it carefully and ask if you have any concerns or questions prior to proceeding.
Which payment methods do you accept?For small orders,PayPal or credit card is preferred. SWIFT bank transfer is also available.
What about customs fees?This is dependent upon your country of residence & entirely outside of our control. We do not cover any potential import duties you may be charged. Note that in totality our prices are substantially cheaper than other businesses as everything is factory direct.
Do you have price lists?We quote on a job by job basis as per the manufacturing cost. All of our products are sold at a genuine factory direct price.
