1. Well-known 4.5kw water cooling ATC engraving spindle, high precision, long life time, steady working, easy to start up.
2. Thicken square pipe structure, well welded, no distortion for whole structure.
3. Adopt Taiwan square orbit, double slippers. Bearing heavy, working steadily high precision, and long life time.
4. DSP controller system with USB interface, working without connecting with computer during working and easy to control.
5. Software: CAD/DAM designing software e.g. Type3/ARTCAM/Castmate/wentai etc.
6.Vacuum Table with 6 vacuum zones, which can adsorb different sizes materials.
Options for vacuum pump: vacuum pump made in china or No-oil vacuum pump made in Germany. Auto-oiling system(option).
7.Y-axis adopts advanced dual-axis gear transmission and dual-motor driver system which ensures speed, strength, and accuracy of automatic cutting.
8.Rigid vacuum table with grids and T-slots maximizes the vacuum hold-down power and also enables you to clamp the workpiece in place.
