This nozzle include out-install nozzle, inner- install nozzle , quick change nozzle and profile duck mouth shape nozzle which use for thin slab casting plant.
Our production has a strong resistance for slag erosion , blocking up resistance , long using life , stable quality . more than 40 big steelmaking group now are using our products . The commercialisation of the thin slab casting technology in the steel casting process has led to an increase in the demand for better specifications and designs. As one of the most complicated and important parts within the steel flow control process ,we manufacture a wide variety of subentry nozzles developing up to 50 patterns that can be tailored according to customers' specifications.
