Refractory tundish nozzle

We has developed 20 patterns of tundish nozzle easily configured to meet customer specifications, yet rugged enough to withstand the challenging position at the bottom of the tundish as a link between a stopper and a subentry nozzle or for slab casters which have tube changers. The seat of our tundish nozzles is specially designed to prevent erosion caused by molten steel. We also incorporate argon in the body of the tundish nozzle to prevent aluminum contamination blockage in the molten steel and it is sufficiently stable to withstand possible tundish chemical corrosion
