Material Feature
1. The thickness of PTFE/fiber mixture is 0.01~0.03mm. As a material layer in contact with the grinding shaft, a good transfer film can be formed to protect the grinding shaft, which provides the self-lubricating performance of the bearing.
2. The copper powder layer is 0.20~0.35mm, which has good load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Good thermal conductivity can transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing. The composite material can penetrate into the gap of the copper powder ball to improve the bonding strength.
3. Low carbon steel provides good load bearing performance.
