A1: Warranty time: 12 months. If any quality problems (except man made problems and undera
bnormal use) happen during warranty time, for example, crack of plastic accessories,
colorfading and damage of the metal parts etc. The buyer should inform the seller within 14
days afterfinding the quality problems. And the buyers should provide the same quality and
new accessoriesfree within 30 days.

Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: Sample is usually shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes about 3-7 working days
toarrive. Airline shipping is also available.
