Ultrasonic Silicone Ear Loop Face Mask Machine is a machine for the automated production of mufti layers flat mask finished products. It can use 3- 4 layers of PP non-woven activated carbon and filter materials. The whole machine is a single line from raw material feeding to nose line insertion, edge sealing, 4 angle punching and cutting the finished product. Depending on the raw
materials, it can reach different standards such as FFP2. The flat mask production equipment has stable performance, high output, low defect rate and easy operation. The mask production can be fulfilled in one machine, no need extra welding machine, helping save cost. Can be used by putting on silicone strips, the silicone strip is soft, flexible and compatible with the skin.
