Product Description
Introduction
Melt Flow Index Tester is used to test the flowability of thermoplastic polymer under high temperature, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, pom, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluorine and other plastic polymers. The tester adopts PLC programmable controller and LCD operation platform, with single unit temperature and LED digital display.
The automatic temperature control methods of the machine three kinds of blanking ways, manual, timing and automatic control according to operation method, which can realize melt-mass flow rate (MFR) and melt-volume flow rate (MVR) two test methods; The tester can measure the melt density of raw materials under testing temperature, the system also has the function of temperature calibration.
