Screw covers are the specially produced material that carpenters stick on the top of visible screw holes / screw heads. As it is not possible to make screw covers from the board or laminate itself, it has to be made from plastic sheets or melamine sheets. As Tianhao, we manufacture both products.With the right color of screw covers, the furnitures have a perfect visual appeal and consistency. Holes, screws heads, and any kinds of damaged small points can be effectively covered with these covers.With a partner whom we supplied the PVC substrate or melamine substrate, we are now able to make the exact color of our edgebandings in screw covers. The finished product has the exact color, design, and texture of the edgebanding.We can only supply screw covers to our customers who buy our edgebandings. This is actually a service which we hope to empower our customers to be more effective in the marketplace.The circle covers are available in any size as customized.

Application
Surface to be applied: it must be clean; it must be free of dust, dirt, oil, or any other material that can prevents a proper adhesive of screw cover to the board. We ask the users to clean the surface of board with a slightly damp cloth before sticking the cover.After peeling off the screw cover from the white substrate, make sure that there is minimal contact between finger and the adhesive.Temperature: the ideal temperature for application is room temperate between 18º C and 25° C.To apply the screw cover: the cover should put over the screw / hole and put pressure on it. The result should be checked after 24 hours after application.
