Main Features:
Electric Rubber Vulcanizing Press Machine is a four-post structure under the roof , the host from the
upper beamand lower base, moving platform, the cylinder group and the column and so on. Plunger
cylindergroup structure installation within the next base.
1.While working, plunger movement from the bottom up mold,pressing, and automatic heat,pressure
and exhaust functions, to ensure product quality . The machine is equipped with hydraulic power
sourcefor use in stand-alone drive.
2.When product vulcanizing,the pump motor to stop working,and has automatic pressure compensation
function and the pump shutdown time delay, circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.
3.Gas discharge time, put the number of gas, heating temperature and curing time can be set, easy to
operate.
4. The machine is stand-alone structure of a single pumping station,pumps located in the host on the
right,under the base to double as the fuel tank;hydraulic and electrical systems,they are overload
protection, safety and reliability.
5. Hydraulic application of the German imported technology, reliable sealing and long life.
6.The machine fastening electrical boxes to the left of the host, with the buttons,the respective curing
time control, temperature control and electric hydraulic compensation function.
7. The user can be allocated according to their characteristics and selection of models.
