Coffee beans are dried and roasted and grinded into powder. After that it is made up into coffee drink. Coffee plants are grown in most of tropical regions such as Africa, Latin America, the Arabs and in the central highlands of Vietnam. There are two kinds of coffee products in the market: roasted & grinded coffee and instant coffee.
(a) Roasted and grinded coffee: we use fresh coffee beans to roast and grind to have roasted and grinded into powder coffee, then make coffee powder into drinking.
(b) Instant coffee: coffee bean is crystallized to become a soluble substance that can dissolve into water. Just simply adding hot water to instant coffee and then we have a cup of coffee right away.
