Greenhouse Structure
For the turnkey agriculture greenhouse structure,adopting hot-dip galvanized steel pipe as main column,connected by galvanized steel truss and galvanized gutter with galvanized bolts and screws without any welding ponit,embedded steel parts also supplied together.
once build up,20 years service life guaranteed;For the Glass multi-span greenhouse and polycarbonate multi-span greenhouse,commonly adopting the design of 3 roofs for every span,each span can be 16m and every inner single bay can be 8m.
Adopting high lighting transmitting float glass and polycarbonate sheet as covering material is excellent for facility agriculture greenhouse construction.

Seedbed&Irrigation
Seedbed system including fixed seedbed and mobile seedbed.Also called greenhouse rolling benches,grow table,flood tray,flood table,rollig benches.The stationary seedbed is single-layer, angle steel as the support, steel-wire mesh set on the surface.The support of mobile seedbed is made by galvanized steel tubes, outline of the seedbed aluminum-alloy material.The surface of the mesh applies the anti-corrosive treatment by the cladding layer. Height of it can be slightly adjusted, and it is equipped with the anti-overturn device and location-limiting device. The seedbed system can promote the utilization rate effectively of the greenhouse, usually up to about 85%.
Greenhouse Irrigation System:
Irrigation system including drip irrigation and spray irrigation 2 ways,this irrigation system would be installed as per requirements.

Confirm Design
1) Agriculture greenhouse adopting hot dipped galvanized steel pipes as main Greenhouse Skeleton structure,all steel structure are manufacturer prefabricated and all steel parts supplementary including aluminum profile,transmission,main column,auxiliary columns and embedded parts and etc.
2) Commonly our manufacturer can supply the span/truss available 9.6m,10.8m,12m and 16m;Commonly our manufacturers supply the 4m and 8m length truss;We can also call it the section or bay;Commonly we design and supply as per 4m and 8m section for supplementary steel parts.
3) Also the total length of the greenhouse (commonly between 70m--100m depending on the performance of cooling by wet curtain and ventilation fans).
4) Then we confirm the height of your greenhouse,commonly 4m--7m would be OK;After we confirm the shoulder height of the greenhouse,we can continue to confirm the shading,including the outside shading and inside shading,also we confirm the boiler needed or not and other needed equipment ,like the hydroponics project and harvest machine.
5) Now the covering material is glass and polycarbonate sheet/panel/board/PE film for choices.
