The product is produced by high-end anti fog technology, with the characteristics of high transparency and double-sided anti fog. Antifogging plastic PET sheet (polyethylene terephthalate ester) is a new type of environmental protection packaging material, which is resistant to folding, chemical corrosion and low temperature embrittlement. It is widely used in the visual packaging of food, medicine and electronic devices, not only for the storage and transportation of products under normal temperature, but also for disposable lens masks, medical protective masks, anti splash masks of Stomatology and medical devices.
Application scenario
1. Exhale for 3 seconds from 3cm of anti fog surface, and the surface will not be fogged; the temperature resistance will reach above 120 ℃.
2. 80 ℃ hot water, 5cm high from the water surface of pet antifogging surface, no fogging on the surface after 3 seconds of fumigation.
3. After the pet anti fog surface is rubbed on the friction meter, the data measured by the haze meter shall be less than or equal to 0.65 before friction and less than or equal to 30 after friction
4. Pet antifogging coating is tested by 100 grid method without falling film
5. The distance between the product and the 30W fluorescent lamp is 30cm, and the visual inspection lasts for 15 seconds, without white spots, flower marks, stains, black spots and hairs
