The hot-melt adhesive has good conductivity and is applied with a dual-interface smart card package. Excellent adhesion to PVC, ABS, PC, FR-4 and other materials. Compared with the traditional wire picking and tin sheet process, this conductive tape supports ordinary contact card sealing equipment to encapsulate cards, reducing the initial investment of traditional dual interface card sealing equipment, while reducing production line personnel and greatly increasing production capacity; The connection method with the coil is to replace the welding method of the coil and the module by the conduction of the conductive particles of the tape, which can greatly improve the unit output and yield of the packaging process.This product is a large molecular weight structure type hot-melt tape. The super cohesive force ensures that there is no structural fracture in the thrust and bending test after bonding, and at the same time maintain a balanced bond strength with the chip and the card base.
