And different specification poles with different price. On the other side, the price is according to each pole weight. The weighter the expensive. So to save the cost, our factory has the professional technical team to design thepractical poles and save the cost for our clients.
But to design the practical poles for customers use, normally we need customer to provide us some parameter, like as following :
- Pole top design load
- Where is theposition of the load , the distance from the top
- The wind Speed
- How will the wire distribute
- Pole type with Burial Type or base Plate type
- The connections mode , use slip joint or flange
- and others we can further more discuss when we need
As an alternative to the traditional wood and concrete poles, our hot dip galvanized steel pole could be utilize to bear the conductors and electric distribution equipment, power transmission equipment, cables, etc. And even the life time is more longer than the wood and concrete poles. Also easy install.

The galvanization in accordance with ASTM A123. and the zinc coating min 86 microns.
The Galvanizing work doing in our old factory (DaPing) which only 5 minutes from our New Factory building (DaSheng) .
To Maximize use the container and save the cost, normally we stuff the small pole into another poles as long as the total length less than container length 12m( See above picture) . and the longest we can load into containers is 11900mm,

We use sack package the poles or bare packingwhich is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but cost just little higher than normal package. Nomatter use which type package we just negotiate with customers when they order.And our nearest port is Shanghai Port. The type of Container we usually used are 40HQ , 40OT.
Our capacity on the loading is Max 15 ~20 containers per day.
1. Price Term:EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

Ø FOB : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port
Ø CFR : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port + Sea Freight

3. Payment Term:Normally30% TT indeposit, the balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment.
