Suits 10mm to 12mm thickness glass panel.Comes with 3mm stainless steel pressure plate attached with high quality ABS pressure pad. It is much better than the traditional soft black rubber. It provides uniform pressure force onto the glass and sufficient friction. NO NEED TO DRILL HOLES ON GLASS. And pressure force can be adjusted by 2 x M10 grub S/S screws. Super easy to install, cost and energy saving for DIY customer.Spigot top is SOLID stainless steel to provide highest strength. Weight is 2.1 KG. Bottom is 100mm x Dia 47mm (wall thickness 3.5mm) hollow section stainless steel with six cutout holes makes concrete filled in easily and completely. It makes the spigot especially strong for heavy duty glass installation.Free cover plate/dress ring come with the package.

These spigots will comply with the Australian code requirements for securing the toughened safety glass panels.For ease of installation, we have developed a range of friction spigots which don’t require holes to be drilled through the glass for bolt through clamping. These friction spigots use an internal compression plate which can be tightened to clamp the glass panels.Our friction spigots are a perfect choice together with our range of high quality toughened safety glass panels for pool fences and balcony balustrading.ZD Glass fencing now offers these friction spigots in round or square versions.The installed frameless toughened glass fencing together with our friction spigot, and rail hardware will meet the requirements of AS/NZS 1170.1, AS/NZS 1170.2, AS/NZS 1926-2000.For very heavy windload structural applications and for large custom glass panels usually of 15mm thickness toughened glass, ZD has availability of bolt through spigots.Our frameless toughened glass pool fencing and glass fencing hardware will beautifully integrate with the design of your building environment to create style, and elegance, with safety.
