1. pneumatic vacuum conveyor applies vortex pump to make the material inlet hole and the whole system in vacuum state.2.Granules and powder is sucked into the inlet hole and forms a material flow .3.Material is separated into the vacuum hopper after sucked with the air . eventually controlled by the hopper is controlled by the three-way valve ,which eventually controlled by the control center .4.There is a reverse-flushing device in the loader ,to flush the material on the filter back and ensure the loading process is well continued .

The Vacuum feeder consist of vacuum pump(no oil and water), stainless steel suction tube, flexible hose, PE filter or SUS316 filter, compressed air cleaning device, pneumatic discharging device, vacuum hopper and automatic level control device.
