1) Does the machine have to be wall mounted? Or can it just be next to a wall? Can it fall over?
It is available to put the machine on the desk or lean against a wall.And it is not easy to fall over.2) Can it be outdoor in rain or snow and freezing temperatures?
It had better be indoors or outdoors under shelters, otherwise the goods in the machine will become white or damp.3) Would you configure the machine to our coins?We will configure the machine to accept coins in your country.(Note: the machine cannot accept bills)4) How can I connect it to a battery, do you sell batteries too?
The machine should be connected to AC100-260V.5) What if something goes wrong with the machine, is there a guarantee?
Our warranty is one year. And we will provide after-sale service forever.If some spare parts of the machine are damaged, we can provide you with spare parts.7)How much would be shipping to my country? Could you please give me total prices, i.e. fob price+ shipping (+others)? How long would the shipping take?

Generally speaking, if you buy less than10 units, we will delivery them by air. If you buy more than 200 units, we provide you with FOB price and deliver them by sea.8)Is any installation needed? It is easy to install. If you don’t hang it on the wall, just connect them on AC100-260V, the machine can be operated.9) We want to sell unconventional products, i.e. not snacks or drink. However the size of these products would be similar. Do you have any experience with selling other products, is it more likely they would get stuck etc.?
It can be used to vend small packed items (like cigarette, tissue, washing powder, chewing gum,etc.) The vended products size should be no more than 100*70*25mm. Of course, if you have a big order, we can customize the spiral inside the machine. It rarely gets stuck. If it gets stuck, maybe there are something dirty in it, cleaning should be done.10)How many items can fit in? What sizes can they be?

11) Is it possible to change the coil size based on my product sizes?
Generally speaking, we will not change the coil size for the first order(samples)
