General Introduction The main equipment consists of burner, burner control system, flame spheroidizing chamber, control console, gas and oxygen supply system, powder feeding system, powder collecting system, platform support, air pumping system, water cooling and air cooling system, electrical control system, etc.



Technology principle
The special designed gas burner fires high temperature flame according to the set injection angle and flame length, and form high temperature flame area in the balling room. Irregular powder is sprayed into the high temperature flame area via powder feeder with carrier gas (air). Powder particles absorb a lot of heat under burning in the high temperature flame, surface of powder is melting quickly, and into the reactor at high speed. Under the dual function of fast gas cooling and surface tension, cooling and solidification into spherical powder, and then into the receiving chamber for collection.

It has high control accuracy to effectively ensure energy density in high temperature flame spheroidizing area and high-temperature retention time of powder materials;2. High energy density, high heating intensity, low production cost and large treatment capacity;3, the reaction material in the high temperature flame dynamic dispersion, can avoid agglomeration and grow up, suitable for powder melting spheroidization;4.Intelligent control of combustion oxygen ratio, full combustion, no carbon deposition, little product pollution;5.The flame temperature of natural gas can be adjusted, and the temperature under oxygen combustion can reach above 3000℃;6. Improved morphology, high spherification rate, smooth surface and good fluidity;7. Powder compactness and accumulation density increased.8. Internal pore elimination and density improved.
