I. Usage
It is mainly used for calcining, drying, reduction of Molybdate, ammonium tungstate.
II. Feature
Perfect seal structure design, adjustable furnace atmosphere press.
III. Structure
It mainly composes of the feeding system, the discharging machine, the furnace tube transmission device, the seal
device and air draft dust collection system. It has the features of heating uniformity, stably product quality and so on.
According to the technical requirements, we could change the furnace tube’s rotating speed, slope and feeding speed
to change the charging’s resident time in the furnace. The seal structure’s design is optimal. The hearth’s atmosphere
could blow hydrogen, ammonia and air according to the needs. The hearth keeps positive pressure, which can be
changed to meet the requirements by adjusting the inlet’s air draft. The intuitionistic simulation operation display
screen makes the equipment’s operation more convenient.
