ZC-165HD is high dispersible silica and granular form, made in unique control technique with precipitated acting particles. By reducing the agglomeration of particles in synthesis of SiO2, the dispersion in rubber is highly improved.
ZC-165HD is made by advanced pressure spraying drying technology,with uniform size, high dispersion, high fluidity, and low dust properties. Don't float in the sky during production, transportation or process.it is convenience to transport and process.

Application
Used as a reinforcement agent in manufactured rubber goods and in polymers.Gives improved wear resistance and grip on wet or snow-covered surfaces, lower rolling resistance and temperature rise, reduced road noise, more comfortable ride, low temperature grip.

Provide superior translucency, hardness, abrasion resistance and repeated bending resistance, elasticity resilience, deformation and compression resistance.Offers good compression set and tear strength and very good processability, tensile strength and absorption resistance.
